Sunset Yoga, Flow to feel yourself
Sunset is the mid transition of a day, from light to dark, your body and your energy change, it is the best timing to slow down, to meditate and do pranayama, to feel your body and your mind.
Vinyasa Flow, before the sun is set, we focus on moving our body through asana on strengthening and balancing under the sun, to boost up our positive energy and personal power; when the sky is getting dark, moon is coming out, we focus on stretching and flexibility, to slow down, let our inner heart breathes.
